Highlights of my work at Genome Medical include:
1) Setting up a design system by auditing, consolidating, and eventually creating new components, standards and guidance.
2) Designing an outreach protocol flow that significantly reduced the time care coordinators spent outreaching patients
3) Improving the clinician experience around writing visit summary documents that greatly reduced the time counselors spent on a patient outside of their visit
4) Hired & mentored junior designers as part of GMI's Design Internship Program
5) Redesigned the Visit & Result summary documents that patients receive for better form and function
6) Redesigned the test ordering flows to be faster, clearer and more informative for both counselors and care coordinators.
